No Physical Shipping
FyrnIX vacation packages and travel services are not physical products. Nothing will be shipped to you by mail, courier, or any physical delivery carrier. Physical shipping rates, tracking numbers, and carrier services do not apply to any purchase made through this store.
Electronic Delivery
When applicable, booking-related information, confirmations, travel vouchers, instructions, and related documents are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase or inquiry.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and current email address. FyrnIX Luxury Escapes Vacation is not responsible for missed communications resulting from an incorrect, outdated, or inactive email address supplied by the customer.
Booking Confirmation
Placing an order, submitting a booking inquiry, or completing a payment does not by itself guarantee that a reservation is confirmed.
A reservation is confirmed only after written booking confirmation has been issued by FyrnIX Luxury Escapes Vacation or the applicable travel supplier. Customers should retain all confirmation communications for their records.
