Terms of Service
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Welcome to FyrnIX Luxury Life Vacation. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, vacation-booking services, products, memberships, concierge assistance, and other services offered through our Shopify store.
Throughout these Terms, “FyrnIX Luxury Life Vacation,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]. “Customer,” “traveler,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website, purchasing a service, or making a reservation.
By visiting our website, submitting a booking request, creating an account, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.
Do not use our website or purchase our services if you do not agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
FyrnIX Luxury Life Vacation provides access to vacation accommodations, resort stays, travel packages, concierge assistance, membership benefits, promotional offers, and related services.
Depending on the reservation, some services may be supplied by independent third parties, including:
-
Resorts and hotels;
-
Property owners and property-management companies;
-
Airlines and transportation providers;
-
Tour operators;
-
Excursion providers;
-
Travel insurers;
-
Payment processors; and
-
Other travel-service providers.
The specific inclusions, exclusions, availability, restrictions, and supplier terms for your purchase will be displayed in the offer, checkout page, invoice, or booking confirmation.
Unless expressly stated in writing, airfare, transportation, meals, alcoholic beverages, spa services, resort fees, taxes, gratuities, travel insurance, excursions, passports, visas, and other travel expenses are not included.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our paid services.
By making a reservation, you confirm that:
-
You are legally authorized to complete the transaction;
-
The information you provide is truthful and complete;
-
You have permission to provide information for every traveler included in the reservation;
-
You accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any travelers included in your booking; and
-
You are financially responsible for the reservation.
You are responsible for ensuring that all members of your travel party understand and follow the applicable booking and supplier terms.
3. Booking Requests and Confirmation
Submitting a booking request or payment does not always mean that a reservation has been confirmed.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a written booking confirmation from us or the applicable supplier.
Availability and pricing may change before confirmation. If your requested accommodation or service becomes unavailable, we may:
-
Offer alternative travel dates;
-
Offer a comparable accommodation;
-
Offer another destination or package;
-
Request your approval of a revised price; or
-
Cancel the request and refund the amount collected for the unavailable service.
We are not responsible for travel arrangements you make before receiving written confirmation, including separately purchased flights, transportation, event tickets, or activities.
4. Traveler Information
You must provide accurate traveler names, dates of birth, contact details, travel dates, destination information, and any other information required to process your reservation.
Traveler names should match the applicable government-issued identification or passport.
You are responsible for reviewing your confirmation immediately and notifying us promptly of any errors.
Name corrections or changes may be:
-
Subject to supplier approval;
-
Subject to additional charges;
-
Treated as a cancellation and new booking; or
-
Prohibited after confirmation.
We are not responsible for expenses or losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
5. Prices and Additional Charges
Prices are displayed in the currency identified during checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, the advertised starting price may be based on factors such as:
-
Select travel dates;
-
Limited room categories;
-
Double occupancy;
-
Promotional inventory;
-
Minimum or maximum stay requirements;
-
Membership eligibility; or
-
Other supplier restrictions.
Your final price may include or exclude taxes, resort fees, security deposits, cleaning fees, processing fees, service fees, administrative fees, transportation charges, insurance, or other supplier charges.
All mandatory charges collected by us will be disclosed before you complete payment. Charges collected directly by a resort, hotel, government authority, airline, property owner, or other supplier may be payable separately.
Prices, availability, exchange rates, taxes, and supplier charges may change until your reservation is confirmed.
6. Payments
By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method provided for:
-
The reservation price;
-
Deposits;
-
Installment payments;
-
Applicable taxes;
-
Disclosed service or processing fees;
-
Approved booking changes; and
-
Other authorized charges connected to your purchase.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
We may require identity verification, payment authorization, a signed credit-card authorization form, or additional documentation before confirming a reservation.
A reservation may be canceled if:
-
Payment is declined;
-
Verification is not completed;
-
A scheduled payment is missed;
-
The remaining balance is not paid by the deadline; or
-
We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.
Any resulting cancellation penalties will be determined by the applicable booking conditions and supplier terms.
7. Deposits and Payment Plans
A deposit may be required to reserve an accommodation or travel service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, deposits may become nonrefundable after the reservation is confirmed or after work begins on a customized travel request.
When a payment plan is offered:
-
Payments must be made according to the provided schedule;
-
The full balance must be paid before the stated deadline;
-
Missing a payment may result in cancellation;
-
Previously paid amounts may be subject to cancellation penalties; and
-
Travel documents may be withheld until payment is completed.
Payment-plan availability is not guaranteed and may depend on the supplier, travel dates, and time remaining before departure.
8. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellations, changes, credits, and refunds are governed by our Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy, the conditions displayed with your offer, and the applicable supplier’s terms.
Some bookings may be:
-
Refundable until a stated deadline;
-
Partially refundable;
-
Eligible only for travel credit;
-
Subject to change or cancellation fees; or
-
Completely nonrefundable.
When a booking-specific policy differs from our general policy, the booking-specific terms will apply, except where prohibited by law.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL].
A cancellation is not complete until you receive written confirmation.
9. Airline Reservations
When airline transportation is included or arranged, airline tickets are governed by the operating airline’s contract of carriage, fare conditions, baggage rules, and cancellation policies.
Airlines may change:
-
Departure or arrival times;
-
Flight numbers;
-
Aircraft;
-
Seat assignments;
-
Routes;
-
Baggage allowances; or
-
Connecting airports.
We do not control airline schedules or operations.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived when an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight.
10. Passports, Visas, and Travel Requirements
You are solely responsible for determining and satisfying all travel requirements, including:
-
Passports;
-
Visas;
-
Government-issued identification;
-
Entry and exit requirements;
-
Health documentation;
-
Vaccination or testing requirements;
-
Parental consent documents;
-
Customs requirements; and
-
Any destination-specific restrictions.
Passport and visa rules may depend on citizenship, residency, destination, length of stay, and reason for travel.
We do not provide legal or immigration advice.
No refund is guaranteed when a traveler cannot travel because of missing, expired, damaged, incorrect, or insufficient documentation.
11. Health, Safety, and Accessibility
Travel involves risks that may vary by destination and activity.
You are responsible for evaluating whether a destination, accommodation, transportation service, excursion, or activity is suitable for your health, mobility, experience, and personal circumstances.
You must inform us before booking about any accessibility request that may affect your reservation. Although we may communicate a request to the supplier, we cannot guarantee that every accommodation, destination, or service will meet a traveler’s specific needs.
Customers should independently review relevant safety information, health guidance, insurance coverage, and destination conditions before traveling.
12. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance or travel protection.
Coverage may be available for certain unexpected circumstances, including trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage loss, or travel delays. Coverage varies by provider and policy.
Travel insurance is not included unless specifically identified in writing.
We do not guarantee:
-
That a particular event will be covered;
-
That an insurance claim will be approved;
-
The amount an insurer will pay; or
-
The time required to process a claim.
Any insurance dispute must be handled directly with the insurance provider.
13. Third-Party Suppliers
Travel services may be provided by companies that we do not own, employ, operate, or control.
Each supplier may maintain separate terms concerning:
-
Check-in and check-out;
-
Security deposits;
-
Age restrictions;
-
Occupancy limits;
-
Pet policies;
-
Smoking;
-
damages;
-
Resort conduct;
-
Cancellations;
-
Refunds; and
-
Use of amenities.
You agree to follow all applicable supplier rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the independent acts, errors, omissions, delays, service failures, or misconduct of third-party suppliers.
However, we may assist you with communicating a legitimate concern to the applicable supplier.
14. Property Damage and Traveler Conduct
You and your travel party must behave lawfully and respectfully while using any accommodation or travel service.
You are responsible for:
-
Damage caused by you or members of your travel party;
-
Missing property;
-
Excessive cleaning;
-
Unauthorized guests;
-
Smoking penalties;
-
Noise violations;
-
Resort or property fines; and
-
Other charges resulting from your conduct.
A supplier may refuse service, remove a traveler, or cancel the remainder of a stay when a traveler engages in threatening, abusive, unlawful, unsafe, disruptive, or destructive behavior.
No refund is guaranteed when service is refused or terminated because of a traveler’s conduct.
15. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or services:
-
For an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
-
To submit false traveler or payment information;
-
To impersonate another person;
-
To interfere with the website’s security or operation;
-
To transmit malware or harmful code;
-
To collect information about other users without authorization;
-
To copy or resell our content without permission;
-
To make unauthorized, speculative, or fraudulent bookings;
-
To abuse promotional offers; or
-
To violate the rights of another person or business.
We may suspend access, decline a transaction, cancel an unconfirmed request, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
16. Promotions and Discount Offers
Promotional prices, discount codes, complimentary benefits, and limited-time offers:
-
Are subject to availability;
-
May have expiration dates;
-
May apply only to select destinations or travel dates;
-
May require a minimum stay;
-
May be limited to one use per customer or booking;
-
May not be combined with other offers; and
-
May be changed or withdrawn before a reservation is confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions have no cash value.
Attempting to misuse a promotion may result in cancellation of the discount or reservation.
17. Memberships and Recurring Services
When we offer a membership or recurring service, the price, billing schedule, benefits, renewal conditions, cancellation procedure, and minimum commitment—if any—will be disclosed before enrollment.
By enrolling in an automatically renewing service, you authorize recurring charges according to the terms presented at checkout.
You may cancel a membership by following the cancellation instructions displayed with the offer or contacting [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL].
Cancellation of a membership does not automatically cancel an existing travel reservation. Existing reservations remain subject to their individual booking conditions.
18. Accuracy of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, photographs, amenities, prices, and availability.
However:
-
Photographs may be representative;
-
Room layouts and furnishings may differ;
-
Amenities may be unavailable because of maintenance, weather, season, occupancy, or supplier decisions;
-
Construction or renovations may occur;
-
Destination conditions may change; and
-
Typographical or technical errors may occur.
We may correct genuine pricing, description, or availability errors.
When an error materially affects an unconfirmed purchase, we may provide the corrected information and request your approval or cancel the affected transaction and issue an appropriate refund.
We will not charge you a corrected price without your authorization.
19. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content—including our business name, branding, graphics, written content, page designs, logos, videos, and promotional materials—are owned by or licensed to FyrnIX Luxury Life Vacation and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use our website only for personal, noncommercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, scrape, or commercially exploit our original content without prior written permission.
Third-party resort photographs, trademarks, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.
20. Reviews and Customer Content
When you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content, you confirm that:
-
You have the right to submit it;
-
It is truthful;
-
It does not violate another person’s rights;
-
It does not contain unlawful or harmful material; and
-
It does not contain confidential information.
You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit for formatting, and use submitted content for operating and promoting our business, unless prohibited by law.
We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, misleading, or unrelated to the service reviewed.
21. Privacy
Our collection, processing, and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Travel reservations may require us to share relevant information with resorts, hotels, airlines, property managers, payment processors, insurers, or other suppliers involved in completing your purchase.
By making a reservation, you authorize the sharing of information reasonably necessary to process and service the booking.
22. Electronic Communications
By using our website or providing your contact information, you agree to receive transactional communications concerning:
-
Payments;
-
Booking requests;
-
Confirmations;
-
Changes;
-
Cancellations;

Transactional communications are necessary to administer your reservation.
Marketing communications will be handled according to your consent choices and applicable law.
You are responsible for providing a current email address and telephone number and for reviewing communications related to your reservation.
23. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, closures, or service interruptions resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:
-
Hurricanes and severe weather;
-
Natural disasters;
-
Fires or floods;
-
Epidemics or public-health emergencies;

-
Transportation interruptions;
-
Utility or internet failures;
-
Supplier insolvency;
-
Airport or border closures; or
-
Other force-majeure events.
Available refunds, credits, substitutions, or rebooking options will depend on applicable law and the relevant supplier’s policy.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
-
Every requested reservation will be available;
-
The website will always operate without interruption;
-
Every description or image will be error-free;
-
A supplier will perform without delay or error;
-
A destination will meet every personal expectation; or
-
Travel will be free from inconvenience, risk, or disruption.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FyrnIX Luxury Life Vacation and its owners, employees, representatives, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or travel services.
This may include loss resulting from:
-
Missed connections;

Delayed or canceled transportation;
-
Lost luggage;
-
Supplier actions;
-
Weather events;
-
Personal dissatisfaction;
-
Lost income;
-
Missed activities;
-
Separate travel purchases; or
-
Events outside our reasonable control.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability concerning a claim will not exceed the amount you paid directly to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
26. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FyrnIX Luxury Life Vacation, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, expenses, losses, or liabilities resulting from:
-
Your violation of these Terms;
-
Your unlawful use of the website;
-
False or unauthorized information you provide;
-
Damage caused by you or your travel party;
-
Your violation of a supplier’s rules; or
-
Your violation of another person’s rights.
This section does not apply when a claim results from our own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by law.
27. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact us at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] before initiating a chargeback so we can review the concern and attempt to resolve it.
Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel a reservation.
You remain responsible for:
-
Following the applicable cancellation procedure;
-
Paying authorized and valid charges;
-
Supplier penalties;
-
Used services; and
-
Damage or conduct-related charges.
When responding to a payment dispute, we may provide the payment processor with relevant records, including confirmations, policy acceptance records, communications, invoices, supplier documentation, and evidence of services provided.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.
28. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Please send complaints to:
Email: [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]
Mailing address: [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS]
Include your full name, booking number, travel dates, a description of the issue, and the resolution requested.
The parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve a dispute informally before filing a lawsuit, except when urgent legal relief is necessary or applicable law provides otherwise.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action relating to these Terms will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction located in [COUNTY AND STATE], unless applicable consumer law permits or requires another location.
This provision does not remove any non-waivable rights available to a consumer under applicable law.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted or removed if necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
31. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only when it is provided in writing by an authorized representative of FyrnIX Luxury Life Vacation.
32. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or responsibilities under these Terms without our written permission.
We may assign our rights and responsibilities as part of a business reorganization, sale, merger, or transfer, subject to applicable law.
33. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, suppliers, business operations, or legal obligations.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Terms that applied when a confirmed reservation was purchased will continue to govern that reservation unless the parties agree otherwise or a legal requirement applies.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy, the booking confirmation, and any booking-specific supplier terms constitute the agreement governing your purchase.
If booking-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the booking-specific terms will control for that reservation, except where prohibited by law.
